Where do strong hearts go?

The thing about being the kindest person in the room,
with the most understanding-crazy-emphatic heart; is that
usually they are the ones wounded so badly. So bad till they shut themselves up, in a way not to hide their problems but most probably because; they are practically finding comfort.

Comfort in their already messed-up emotions.
Remedy in their sickening circumstances and most-importantly,
they are trying to build a shelter, a safe haven within theirselves.

That's the thing about this so-called 'strong' people. Perhaps we'd ask why? Why keep problems to theirselves and tend to not to share? You know what? You're right. We should share, occasionally. (well atleast for me)

But that's when you get to the tricky part. Cause to them, no one's there to listen. They may have been thinking about reaching to someone but

'Nah, nevermind. I'll survive this. There's no need in telling about this, right? Besides everybody too, has a problem to deal with'

And with that state of mind, their problems became more less likely, unimportant.

And then they decides to continue living and not give a damn about it.

Then there's another thing called the 'want-to-help' people. Now this i tell you, are angles. They think about others way more than theirselves. Being in their natural state, the 'want-to-helpers' are willing to lend an ear, offer a hand to the 'strong-people'. See? Angels.

And so, often time the strong people would respond to that simple 'hey, how's life?' question, perhaps in an exagerated emotions. (touched, to be exact)

Why? Because these strong, strong people have spent their lives, shutting down their personal-messed-up lives, helping others in the same shoe.

Don't ask me why these strong people emotionally-responded to that simple gestures. They might even go, bawling their eyes out, tearing apart.

Cause to receive such love, such attention, such kindness is prolly-abnormal for them. To be having someone or some place that they can lay their guards down and be vulnerable is just gold, even for a while.

Coz these strong, strong people might never have that, due to shutting down themselves and focusing of others instead.
Coz these strong, strong people might just been longing for someone to be there for them.
Coz that's why these strong, strong people;
When they love, they love hard.
When they broke, they lose hope.

Ps : might speaking this thru experience, but nah. *laughing sheepishly.
